SoCal Tattoo Welcomes You

As a new tattoo shop new to the San Diego area, I'd like to give you a little background on how we came to be. I'm a co-owner here and my name is Jonathan Jansky. Before we opened and launched SoCal Tattoo, I was living in Troy, Missouri running my tattoo and piercing shop there solely full-time. And while I still work there for half of each month now, I'm proud to be able to give my time and talent here at SoCal with my business partners, peer tattoo artists, and our apprentices.

Kenneth Roberts is a veteran tattoo artist and owns the other part of SoCal Tattoo. Before this, he owned and operated his own tattoo shop for 20 years, serving the residents of San Diego and people in all surrounding areas. He's a native to San Diego and SoCal wouldn't have been possible without the collaboration of all of us, especially Kenny. Kenny works at SoCal Tattoo exclusively full-time.

Believe it or not, the idea of SoCal Tattoo before it was actually brought to life, was a thought of, considered, brought together and executed in a matter of weeks. With all of working together, we were able to chaotically, but successfully get our location renovated, new equipment bought and placed, a website launched, and apprentices hired. I believe our joined years in the tattoo industry is a big asset to making that happen.

We are located by the naval base on Main Street and are exclusively offering discounted rates for our military members. We've already met a lot of diverse members of our community, and we look forward to seeing everyone!
