Kenneth Roberts

Kenny is the founder of SoCal Tattoo on Main Street and brings more than 35 years of tattooing experience to the shop. Over the course of his career, he has developed the versatility and technical experience that comes from decades behind the machine, creating tattoos built to look strong when they are finished and continue to hold up over time.

His work ranges from big, bold pieces with strong linework to animal realism, photo realism, black and grey, and larger custom tattoos. Kenny is especially at home with artwork that gives him room to work with detail, depth, contrast, and composition. Bring him a strong idea or reference and he can work with you to turn it into a tattoo designed specifically for the person wearing it.

One thing you should know before booking: please don't ask Kenny for a fine line tattoo. That's not his lane, and he'll be the first one to tell you.

When he's not working on scheduled pieces, you can occasionally catch Kenny taking walk ins at SoCal. If you're lucky enough to find him available, grab the opportunity.
